Taxonomy: Tarmann (1984) notes that Harrisina brillians [ MONA 4621 ] is just a color variant of metallica (lacking the red color).

Taxonomy: Listed under the genus Seryda in Hodge checklist.
Neofelderia
rata (Edwards, 1882) [ No original MONA -- 4626.1 ]
- This species is sympatric with N.
constans, but with smaller size, less bright colour, broader black margin in
the forewing and narrower black margin in the hindwing. (Shen-Horn Yen, pers. comm).

- The body is black in martenii, yellow in fusca.

Neoilliberis arizonica Tarmann
- Body mostly grayish black with opaque wings, greenish blue sheen in fresh material, FW costa and inner margin with deeper blue sheen, HW rounded (Epstein and Adams).

CNC has a records from Cochise Co., Huachucas, various sites, IV-26 to VI-9.
