Grading issues: I bumped a few people up because they were close to the higher grade and got the higher grade on the final.

Non-honors students: don't sweat the honors points. The curve was constructed and grades first and then additional points were added from the extra work honors students had to do. In almost all cases, they got the same grade with and without the points.
